MLIT Ltd ("MLIT", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
MLIT Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15622458), with its registered office at The Long Lodge 265-269 Kingston Road, Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, SW19 3NW. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@mlitltd.com.
This notice covers the personal data we handle through this website and when you get in touch with us. If and when our mobile apps collect personal data, please also see the "Our apps" section below.
Information you give us: if you contact us, for example by emailing the address shown on this site, we receive your name, your email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically: this website is hosted on Google Sites. When you visit, Google may set a small number of essential cookies and collect limited technical information (such as device type and approximate location) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
We use the personal data you give us to respond to your enquiry and correspond with you, and, where relevant, to discuss and provide the services or products you ask about.
Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR are our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and in running our business, and, where you contact us about working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will not use your data for an unrelated purpose without telling you.
This website uses only essential cookies that are needed for it to function securely; these are set by Google as our hosting provider. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including Google (which hosts this website) and our email provider. We may also share data with our professional advisers, or where we are required to do so by law.
Some of our providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, so that your data remains protected.
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 36 months), after which we delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and, where we rely on your consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@mlitltd.com. We will respond within the time the law allows, normally within one month.
If you have any concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
If you have any questions about this notice or your personal data, email us at privacy@mlitltd.com.
